We go over to Shipshewana, Indiana on Sunday to set up for the Memorial week-end . We will be open Monday, Tues and Wed. George will be painting signs at his booth there. Should be a crowded Monday with people getting the day off and schools in the area already closed....POOR OL' GEORGES"S FUN SPOT will be open and it will be the day to bring the family and attend a very unique attraction....RAN RAIN GO AWAY!!!
After Shipshe we are leaving to go down to Morehead for the DAY IN THE COUNTRY SHOW on Sat. June 2nd with our good friends Minnie and Greg Adkins. Day in the country is so unique because there are so many wood carvers there that Minnie has mentored. If you are interested in Appilachian wood carving , this is the show to attend.
We are really anxious to see lots of our friends at the show. People come from New York that we only get to see once a year. It is also close to my hometown of Painstville (about 30 miles away). Hoping some of my family can make it over to the show.
So, I'm watching the clock and counting down the days 'til we load up and head out!
