SORRY it took so long for me to get this posted!

The 2nd annual Good Folk Fest was held at the Mellwood Art Center in Louisville. December 1st and 2nd, 2007.
Sorry you missed it!

Ol George was on TV Friday Morning touting the show and showing some of his creations.
Some of our most popular items at the show was our "bottle cap signs"

We traded artwork with our new friend and neighbor artist Tony Dotson from Cincinnati. He's a very creative guy.

Here's an ol girlfriend of ours Gypsy and a couple Murobs she took home to South Carolina.
Billy Hellems...aka...FRED and wife Shirley exhibited their art. We will be offering his art on our website soon.  Keep checking our home page.

Dan O 'Brien has been collecting "MUROBS" for many years. He came from Cincinnati for a couple additions to his collection.
NEW friend. Holly Hinkle (the Hillbilly Artist). She's from West Virginia but moving to Florida and is taking this Murob alligator witth her.
New friends Albert and Jackie made the trip all the way from Houston for the show.
Robert Seven aka "Spoonman" a great artist, musician and all around good guy. He's so-o-o bashful!
"PORKPIE JAMES" Halas is a fine Louisville Bluesman. Get is latest "CD Crystal Balls & Voodoo Dolls" at CD BABY

Chris "Chub" Hubbard is the king of Heaven & Hell art.
The booth of our friend Mike Creech from Lexington.
Chub Hubbard's famous "Heaven and Hell Car" has been shown all over the U.S.

We were entertained by the RIVER FALLS JUG BAND the world's only jugless jug band. Suitcase Sam and Soup Can Slim
We took lots of pictures at this show.....UNFORTUNATELY....we had camera problems.  Most of the photos we took were unusable for the web site.  I guess when you buy a new camera...it'd be a good idea to read the book before using.
