BILLY "FRED" HELLAMS from SOUTH CAROLINA

Billy Fred Hellams creates art for pleasure, both his and yours.However, most of his pieces have purpose behind them.  Mediums worked with are wood, metal, paint, bottle caps, found & repurposed objects.  He creates art while listening to music which is noted on the back of most of his pieces.  His name is really FRED...which stands for Found Recycled Eclectic Designs. He creates his art in his studio at Broadway Lake, S.C. Billy Fred is 52 years old and refers to his work also as Funky Reused, Eccentric Debris!
